Uskillet is the online learning platform of Food and Drink North East. It aims to provide food, drink and hospitality business owners and leaders with targeted training and learning resources to help their businesses succeed. We are currently working with partners and specialists to devise and develop resources covering a broad range of subjects, from technical, legal and financial to operational, sales and marketing. Food and Drink North East is a community interest company (CIC) whose aim is to build a vibrant and engaged community that champions positive trade, promotes a sustainable, circular economy, and acts as a collective and inclusive voice for the region’s food and drink sector.
